Return and exchange policy for Shivansh Gems and Jewellery purchases.
Unworn, non-customised pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
Items must be in original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Pieces that show wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Contact our team within 7 days to start a return. We will send a return authorisation and instructions.
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Store credit is issued on approval and does not expire.
If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us straight away. We will arrange collection and repair or replacement at no cost.
Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers structural defects in settings, clasps, and solder joints.
